Lightly coat the air fryer basket with non-stick spray, then turn the air fryer on to 380°F (193°C) and warm it up.

Toss your apple pieces in a bowl with the coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, and cinnamon so they're all covered.

Spread the coated apple chunks into the hot air fryer basket, keeping them as separated as you can so they cook evenly.

Air fry them for about 10 to 14 minutes. Flip or shake halfway through. Cook until you get soft insides and golden outsides.

Take the apples out and toss them with that last tablespoon of maple syrup right away. Eat while they're still warm.
