Let those crisps chill out on the pan till they're totally set and ready to eat.

Put the pan in the oven for roughly 4 or 5 minutes, just until the tops are super golden and they've melted together.

Grab a spoon, scoop some of the mix onto your lined pan and squish each little pile down gently. Leave space between them.

Lay down some parchment or your silicone mat on the baking tray so nothing sticks.

Toss together the Parmesan, bacon pieces, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, and cayenne in a bowl so everything's mixed up.
