→ For Serving

18 - A little fresh thyme, parsley, or cilantro for sprinkling on top

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Spoon some of that spicy honey over your crispy chicken. Add some fresh herbs if you’re feeling it. Pop the sauce in the microwave for a few seconds if it got too thick. Eat right away.
02 - Toss honey, hot sauce, chipotle powder, cayenne, onion and garlic powder, plus a little salt all in a tiny pot. Warm it gently over low heat. Stir it around until it’s silky and smells awesome. Wait until the chicken’s almost cooked for this step.
03 - Drizzle some olive oil on top of the breaded chicken. Slide it into that hot oven for something like 20 to 25 minutes. Check for a crispy coating and fully cooked meat.
04 - Take each piece from your egg bowl and coat it fully in the cornflake crumbs. Want it even crunchier? Dip them back into the eggs and then crumbs again. Place them spaced out on your lined pan.
05 - Crack your eggs into a big bowl, scramble them up, and mix in some hot sauce. Toss the chicken around in there to get all the pieces sticky and coated.
06 - Dump cornflakes, parmesan, paprika, onion and garlic powder, plus salt into a food processor. Blitz till it turns to fine crumbs. Or, smash ‘em up in a zipped bag if you don’t have a processor. Pour this into a shallow bowl.
07 - Get your oven set to 425°F (218°C). Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper so nothing sticks.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Get those crumb bits really fine if you want lots of crunch.
02 - Throw in more or less cayenne for your favorite spicy level in the honey.
03 - Eat these right out of the oven while they’re still super crunchy.
