Get that oven going at 375°F (190°C) before anything else. Spray or butter up a 9x13-inch pan so your food doesn't stick.
02 -
Toss the sausage into a skillet over medium. Break it apart as it cooks so it crumbles. When it's nice and browned, drain the fat.
03 -
Next, dump your hash browns in the bottom of the greased pan. Spread the sausage all over the top.
04 -
Stir the gravy mix and milk together in a bowl with a whisk till it's lump-free. Pour the mixture all over the sausage and hash browns.
05 -
Scatter the cheddar all over. Don’t be shy, it makes a gooey top.
06 -
Chop each biscuit into quarters and toss the chunks over the top so they’re kinda spaced out.
07 -
Put the dish in the oven. Let it bake about 25–30 minutes, until those biscuits are golden brown and everything’s cooked through. Take it out and give it 5 minutes to cool before digging in.
