Grab the hot pizza from the oven. If you want, sprinkle some chives or parsley for color. Cut into slices and dig in while it’s warm.

Slide the pizza back in the oven for another 8-10 minutes. Let it get bubbly and golden on top so the cheese melts all over.

Take your baked crust and lay the fluffy eggs all across it. Toss on some cheddar and mozzarella, then spread the bacon bits all around as the last touch.

Crack eggs into a bowl, add milk, and pinch in some salt and pepper. Melt butter in a nonstick pan over low heat. Pour the mix in and gently stir until you’ve got eggs that are just softly set.

Fry bacon strips in a pan over medium. Once they’re crunchy, drain any leftover grease and chop them up small.

Heat up the oven to 425°F (220°C). Take your dough and stretch it out on a pizza stone or baking sheet. Brush a bit of oil on top and bake for 6-8 minutes so it starts getting a little golden.
