Brown Sugar Pineapple Ham (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Players

01 - 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained—hang onto 1/4 cup of the juice
02 - 3 cups cooked ham, chopped into cubes

→ Sweet and Tangy Glaze

03 - Salt and pepper, toss in as much as you like
04 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
05 - 2 tablespoons yellow or Dijon mustard
06 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
07 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves if you're feeling fancy (optional)
08 - 1/4 cup of the pineapple juice you saved

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Spread some butter or hit a 9x13-inch (23x33 cm) pan with nonstick spray. Turn the oven on to 190°C (375°F) and let it heat up.
02 - Toss mustard, brown sugar, soy sauce, pineapple juice, and cloves together in a mixing bowl. Whisk it up till it looks silky.
03 - Drop the ham cubes and pineapple bits into the greased baking pan. Drizzle the glaze all over and give it a gentle stir to get everything coated.
04 - Slide the pan in with nothing on top. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the glaze bubbles and the edges get a bit sticky and golden.
05 - Eat it while it’s hot—try it solo, or pile it on top of salad, rice, or some roasted veggies.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Want a hint of warmth? A bit of ground cloves will give the sauce some cozy vibes.
02 - Great fix for leftover ham. If you’ve got deli ham sitting around, that works too.
03 - Add salt or pepper as you go—especially if your ham’s got plenty of salt already.
