Beefy Cheddar Bread (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 and 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
02 - Salt and pepper for seasoning
03 - 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
04 - One can (10.5 oz) or 1 and 1/4 cups of cream of mushroom soup
05 - A garlic clove, minced well
06 - 1 green bell pepper, diced up small
07 - 2 teaspoons Montreal steak seasoning
08 - 1 small onion, chopped tiny
09 - A pound of ground beef
10 - 2 tablespoons of neutral oil or avocado oil
11 - Six hoagie rolls

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Pile the cheesy beef mix inside each hoagie roll while it's still hot. Best when you eat them warm.
02 - Turn off the burner and quickly stir in the shredded cheddar so it melts right into the beef mixture.
03 - Dump in the cream of mushroom soup and pour the Worcestershire over everything. Add some salt and pepper. Give it a good mix, then let it bubble quietly for about 5 minutes so all those flavors can come together.
04 - Drop in your chopped bell peppers and minced garlic. Keep stirring often for around 3 minutes till everything softens up and starts to smell nice.
05 - Pour the oil into a big skillet set to medium-high. Toss your ground beef and diced onion in together. Cook, mixing now and then, for 7-10 minutes until beef is browned up and onions look clear. Sprinkle Montreal seasoning on top.

# Additional Tips:

01 - If your mixture feels a bit too stiff, splash in some milk till it’s as creamy as you want.
02 - Swap in leaner ground beef or spoon out extra grease once the beef is browned for a lighter option.
03 - A little hot sauce or sriracha wakes things up if you’re craving heat.
