Pizza Pocket Snack (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Topping and Finish

01 - Splash on olive oil if you're feeling fancy (optional)
02 - Handful of dried oregano for a flavor boost (optional)
03 - Scatter more shredded mozzarella over the top if you want (optional)

→ Filling

04 - 6 tablespoons of the marinara or pasta sauce you love
05 - About 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
06 - 12 pieces of pepperoni

→ Dough

07 - Grab 1 can of pre-made pizza dough from the store

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Let 'em chill for a bit cause they're super hot right now. If you want, dunk them in some ranch or heated-up pasta sauce.
02 - Pop your tray in the oven. Let them cook for roughly 10 to 13 minutes, just until they turn lovely golden and the cheese is melted inside.
03 - If you're feeling it, brush on some olive oil, toss extra cheese on top, and sprinkle oregano for good measure.
04 - Shape each square into a triangle by folding over the corners. Press those edges together with a fork so nothing falls out.
05 - Drop about a spoonful of sauce on half of every dough square. Dump some shredded mozzarella and stick in a few pepperoni slices.
06 - Spread out your dough straight from the can, either on floured counter or parchment. Take a knife or pizza wheel and cut it into 6 equal squares.
07 - Fire up your oven to 425°F (220°C). Lay parchment on a baking pan so you'll have less to clean up later.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Don't stuff them too much or the filling will ooze out while they bake.
02 - Kick out the pepperoni and toss in some cooked veggies if you feel like going meatless.
03 - Let them rest a couple minutes so they crisp up more and you don't burn your tongue.
