When they're out of the oven, top the bites with some chopped parsley and dig in while they're still warm.

Pop the baking sheet in the oven. Leave them in for about 25 to 30 minutes. They're done once the tops get sticky and shiny.

Mix up the ketchup and mustard in a small bowl. Take your brush and swipe a layer on top of each meatball.

Take a scoop of your beef mix, flatten it, put a pinch of cheddar in the middle, and wrap the meat around the cheese. Roll it until it's all closed up, then place each on your lined sheet. Keep going with the rest.

Toss the beef, crumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley in a big bowl. Gently stir until it all sticks together, but don't overdo it or it'll get tough.

Set your oven to 190°C first. Grab that baking sheet and cover it with parchment paper.
