Stuffed Beef Bites (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Meat Mixture

01 - 15 g chopped fresh parsley (save a bit for topping later)
02 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
03 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper, cracked fresh
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 2 garlic cloves, minced up
06 - 1 small onion, diced tiny
07 - 1 large egg
08 - 60 ml whole milk
09 - 60 g breadcrumbs
10 - 450 g ground beef

→ Filling

11 - 60g grated cheddar cheese

→ Glaze

12 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
13 - 120 ml ketchup

# Steps to Follow:

01 - When they're out of the oven, top the bites with some chopped parsley and dig in while they're still warm.
02 - Pop the baking sheet in the oven. Leave them in for about 25 to 30 minutes. They're done once the tops get sticky and shiny.
03 - Mix up the ketchup and mustard in a small bowl. Take your brush and swipe a layer on top of each meatball.
04 - Take a scoop of your beef mix, flatten it, put a pinch of cheddar in the middle, and wrap the meat around the cheese. Roll it until it's all closed up, then place each on your lined sheet. Keep going with the rest.
05 - Toss the beef, crumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley in a big bowl. Gently stir until it all sticks together, but don't overdo it or it'll get tough.
06 - Set your oven to 190°C first. Grab that baking sheet and cover it with parchment paper.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Mix the meat just enough so it holds together. Overdoing it makes the bites chewy.
02 - Try dunking them in whatever sauce you like, or pair with a fresh salad to make it a meal.
