Chicken Bacon Quesadilla (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

β†’ Meats

01 - 12 slices of cooked bacon
02 - 12 oz chilled grilled chicken strips

β†’ Cheese & Sauces

03 - Half a cup of ranch dressing from a bottle
04 - 1 and a half cups shredded cheddar cheese

β†’ Tortillas

05 - 6 soft flour tortillas (taco size)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Take the quesadilla out of the pan. Cut it into slices right away while it’s still hot.
02 - Flip the folded tortilla once more and cook for 2 more minutes. Keep it cooking until both sides turn golden and have a crunch.
03 - Get a big pan going on medium heat. Spray it lightly with cooking spray. Put your tortilla on the pan with the cheese side facing down. Let it cook about a minute until the cheese starts to melt.
04 - Lay one tortilla down on a clean surface. Spread cheddar cheese all over it. Add chicken strips and bacon to only one half. Pour ranch dressing on top of the chicken and bacon.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Swap out regular flour tortillas for low-carb ones if you want fewer carbs. You can also try cooked rotisserie chicken or thawed frozen strips instead of grilled chicken. Throw in mushrooms, peppers, or onions if you like. Keep any leftovers in a sealed container and warm them up in the oven or microwave.
