Take the quesadilla out of the pan. Cut it into slices right away while itβs still hot.

Flip the folded tortilla once more and cook for 2 more minutes. Keep it cooking until both sides turn golden and have a crunch.

Get a big pan going on medium heat. Spray it lightly with cooking spray. Put your tortilla on the pan with the cheese side facing down. Let it cook about a minute until the cheese starts to melt.

Lay one tortilla down on a clean surface. Spread cheddar cheese all over it. Add chicken strips and bacon to only one half. Pour ranch dressing on top of the chicken and bacon.
