Give it about 5 minutes to settle once it’s out of the oven, then dig in.

Add mozzarella over everything and pop it in the oven. Wait around 25 to 30 minutes till the cheese is bubbly and the chicken’s done.

First, cover the bottom of your greased dish with spinach. Next, set the just-seared chicken on the greens. Scoop the creamy mix right on top of those chicken pieces.

Grab a mixing bowl and blend your soft cream cheese, sour cream, chopped garlic, and a little salt. Mix till nice and smooth.

Sprinkle both sides of your chicken with the salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Heat olive oil in a big skillet—get it hot! Sear those chicken breasts for 2 to 3 minutes per side, just till a bit of color shows up. Take them off the heat.

Fire up your oven to 190°C (375°F). Spray or grease a 9x13-inch dish so nothing sticks.
