Shrimp Garlic Bread Bombs (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Flavor Boosters

01 - Salt, add as much as you like
02 - Red pepper flakes, sprinkle if you want heat
03 - Black pepper, just enough for some kick
04 - 4 garlic cloves, chopped up small
05 - 15 g fresh parsley, chopped

→ Seafood Filling

06 - 225 g creamy cheese, let it get soft
07 - 60 g shredded mozzarella
08 - 450 g raw shrimp, shells off and cleaned

→ Bread Base

09 - 60 ml melted unsalted butter
10 - 1 crusty Italian loaf

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Give the loaf a couple of minutes to cool a bit after baking. Slice it up and hand out to your guests while it’s nice and warm.
02 - Spoon the shrimp mixture into the bread halves and really pack it in there. Warm your oven to 190°C. Slather the bread crust with that melted butter. Wrap the whole thing up in foil and set it on your baking tray. Bake for about 15 minutes. Take off the foil, then bake another 5 minutes till the outside’s golden and crisp.
03 - Grab your loaf and slice it down the middle, lengthwise. Dig out the soft middle part from both pieces but don’t break the crust. You’ll need those sturdy shells for stuffing.
04 - Cut shrimp into small bits. Throw shrimp, soft cream cheese, mozzarella, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and pepper flakes in a big bowl. Mix until you can’t see any streaks and it looks all combined.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Want more zip? Throw on extra parsley or squeeze a bit of fresh lemon over the top.
