Bacon Cheddar Ranch Burger (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Patties

01 - Neutral oil for the pan
02 - 1/4 teaspoon coarse black pepper
03 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
04 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
05 - 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and broken up
06 - 3 tablespoons ranch powder
07 - 3 tablespoons sour cream
08 - 1 pound ground beef

→ Buns & Toppings

09 - Sliced tomato
10 - Lettuce
11 - 3 burger buns

→ Sauce

12 - 1 tablespoon chili sauce
13 - 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
14 - 3 tablespoons mayo

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Warm up your griddle or a heavy skillet on medium-high. Don’t forget to brush the surface with a bit of oil. Get your burger buns toasty until they look golden and feel just right.
02 - Toss ground beef, sour cream, ranch powder, bacon pieces, cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper in a big bowl. Blend it easily with your hands, but don’t go overboard—you want the mix to stay tender.
03 - Make three burger patties from the beef mixture. Set them on the hot griddle and let them cook. Flip gently since these can be fragile, and cook until they’re done the way you like.
04 - Stir mayo, whole grain mustard, and chili sauce together in a tiny bowl. Put it aside until everything else is ready.
05 - Slather some sauce on your toasted buns, pile on lettuce and tomato, then add the hot patties. Top with the other half of the bun and you’re done!

# Additional Tips:

01 - Keep mixing to a minimum for burgers that stay soft and juicy.
02 - Because of all the creamy stuff, make sure the patties cook all the way through.
