Move patties onto the prepped buns with all your toppings. Smear on as much ketchup and mayo as you like, then pop on the top bun and you’re ready to eat.

Layer lettuce and tomato on each bottom bun half so they’re set to go before the patties come off the grill.

A minute before you’re done grilling, plop a slice of cheddar on each patty and let it get nice and melty.

Get your grill or pan hot on medium-high. Toss on the patties and let them sizzle for about 5 minutes per side or until they’re cooked just how you like.

Take your meat mix and separate it into four. Squish them into firm patties with your hands.

Dump the ground beef, minced garlic, Parmesan, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper in a big bowl. Use your hands or a spoon to mix until everything’s blended together.
