Biscuits Sausage Gravy Pizza (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Sausage Gravy

01 - Ground black pepper as needed
02 - 2 cups whole milk, pour in slowly
03 - 1/4 cup plain flour
04 - 1 pack (16 oz) breakfast sausage

→ Pizza Base & Toppings

05 - Crispy fried onions for finishing
06 - 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
07 - 1/4 cup whole milk, added to eggs
08 - 6 large eggs
09 - Cooking spray
10 - 1 pre-baked 12-inch crust
11 - 1 tablespoon olive oil if you want

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Turn the stove to medium and throw the sausage in a big pan. Use a spatula to break up the meat while it cooks and browns, about 5–7 minutes. Once it's all browned, drain off the fat if you think there's too much. Shake in the flour and stir around until it coats the sausage bits. Pour in the milk little by little, stirring the whole time. Let the mix cook until it thickens up, about 10 minutes, stirring here and there. Grind in some pepper, give it a taste, then set it aside for later.
02 - Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Put the pizza base on a baking pan. If you're into it, brush the surface with olive oil for extra flavor. Slather half the sausage gravy on the crust and spread it out.
03 - Crack eggs into a medium bowl and pour in the 1/4 cup of milk. Whisk them together till combined. Spritz cooking spray on a big pan and heat it up over medium-high. Pour in the eggs and gently push them around as they cook for about 5 minutes till they're soft and almost cooked through.
04 - Lay the scrambled eggs right over the gravy on your crust. Sprinkle Cheddar all over the eggs.
05 - Slide the pizza into the hot oven. Bake for 10–15 minutes or until you see the cheese melted and bubbly, and get a nice golden crust.
06 - Take out your pizza and toss crispy fried onions all over. Cut it up and serve right away while it's warm.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Chop up some chives, add bits of bacon, or give it a splash of hot sauce to kick up the flavor. Works great for a filling breakfast or brunch with friends.
