# Steps to Follow:

01 - Once baked, let the balls chill a bit before taking them out. They're great warm and go well with your favorite dip.
02 - Put your tray in the oven and cook for 20 to 25 minutes until the outside is nice and golden.
03 - Brush or spray a little oil on top of each potato ball before popping them in the oven.
04 - Arrange the coated potato balls on the greased pan or muffin tin, leaving space around each one.
05 - Coat each potato ball well by rolling it in your breadcrumbs or panko.
06 - Scoop the mix with a spoon and squeeze it into tight balls with your hands.
07 - In a big bowl, stir together the mashed potatoes, cheeses, egg, flour, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until it's all blended.
08 - Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease your baking sheet or muffin pan with spray or oil.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Using cold mashed potatoes helps keep the texture just right.
02 - Throw in some cooked bacon bits if you want a smoky twist.
03 - You can freeze cooked puffs and heat them up later to keep 'em crispy.
