Heat your oven at 375°F or if you’re air frying, crank it up to 350°F. Lay down some parchment paper on your baking tray.

In a little bowl, combine the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Keep this close for when you need to brush it on.

Pop open the biscuit tube and tear apart the pieces. Smash ‘em flat with your hands to create circles.

Toss a bit of mozzarella and a few pepperonis in the center of each dough circle.

Bring all the edges together so everything’s tucked in, then gently make each one into a ball shape.

Flip the stuffed balls seam side down on your lined tray. Paint the tops with your seasoned butter mix. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or if you’re using the air fryer, about 8 minutes. Wait till the tops go golden brown.

Let these cool for a hot minute. Hand out with dips like marinara or ranch if you want.
