# What You'll Need:

→ Main Components

01 - 2 cups chicken, cooked and pulled apart
02 - 2 cups white rice, cooked

→ Soups and Dairy

03 - 1½ cups mozzarella or Swiss cheese, shredded
04 - 1 can (10.5 oz) French onion soup
05 - 1 can (10.5 oz) creamy chicken soup
06 - 1 cup sour cream

→ Toppings and Seasonings

07 - Chopped parsley to sprinkle on top
08 - Black pepper, add as much as you want
09 - Salt, add as needed
10 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
11 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
12 - 1½ cups crispy French fried onions, split up

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Take it out of the oven and top with parsley. Dig in while it's hot.
02 - Toss the last half cup of French fried onions on top. Slide it back in and let it go another 5 minutes so the top gets crunchy and golden.
03 - Leave uncovered and bake for 30 minutes. Wait until you see those edges bubbling.
04 - Grab a 9×13 baking dish, give it a good oil or nonstick spray, and scoop your prepared mix into it.
05 - Mix chicken, cooked rice, creamy chicken soup, French onion soup, sour cream, shredded cheese, one cup of the onions, garlic and onion powders, plus a dash of salt and pepper in a big bowl until everything's mingled.
06 - Start off by heating your oven up to 350°F or about 175°C.

# Additional Tips:

01 - You'll get the best results if you chill your rice after cooking. That way, when you mix it in, things won't turn out soupy.
