Take the sandwiches out of the pan and dig in while that cheese is still stretchy and hot.

Flip your sandwiches with a spatula. Let them cook for another 4-5 minutes so the other side gets golden and the cheese just melts everywhere.

Set a big sauté pan on the lowest flame. Pop those sandwiches in and let them toast for about 4-5 minutes till that side is crispy and gold.

Now put two bread slices down, buttered part facing the counter. Dump the cheese mix on top, then lay on the rest of the bread, buttered sides facing out. There you go, two stacks ready to sizzle.

Cover one side of every bread slice evenly with the garlic butter you made.

Grab a little bowl and mash together the soft butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley till it's nice and smooth.
