Garlic Grilled Cheese (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Garlic Butter

01 - 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
02 - 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
03 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

→ Sandwich Assembly

04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar and mozzarella mix
05 - 4 slices of sandwich bread

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Take the sandwiches out of the pan and dig in while that cheese is still stretchy and hot.
02 - Flip your sandwiches with a spatula. Let them cook for another 4-5 minutes so the other side gets golden and the cheese just melts everywhere.
03 - Set a big sauté pan on the lowest flame. Pop those sandwiches in and let them toast for about 4-5 minutes till that side is crispy and gold.
04 - Now put two bread slices down, buttered part facing the counter. Dump the cheese mix on top, then lay on the rest of the bread, buttered sides facing out. There you go, two stacks ready to sizzle.
05 - Cover one side of every bread slice evenly with the garlic butter you made.
06 - Grab a little bowl and mash together the soft butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley till it's nice and smooth.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Keep the heat super low so you get crisp bread and fully melted cheese—nobody likes burnt toast with cold cheese.
02 - Let the butter warm up a bit before you mix, it'll be way easier to spread.
03 - Want the classic? Dip these bad boys in a mug of tomato soup.
