Let the rollups hang out for a bit after baking. Slice them up into small pieces and put them on your platter. Tastes best when served warm.
02 -
Brush whatever garlic butter is left on top of the rolls. Slide them into your hot oven for around 12 to 15 minutes. Pull them out when the cheese is bubbly and the tortillas are lightly browned.
03 -
Roll each tortilla up nice and tight. Put them seam-down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
04 -
Give each tortilla a swipe of that garlic butter. Sprinkle bacon bits all over, followed by mozzarella, then cheddar, then chives if you feel like it.
05 -
Switch the oven on to 190°C or 375°F. Lay tortillas out flat on your counter.
06 -
Toss the melted butter into a bowl along with garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until it looks smooth and set it aside.
