Take each slice and spread mayonnaise on one side. Make it light and try to cover the surface just right.

Flip the bread over. Spread peanut butter all over the free side of every slice.

Lay banana slices on top of the peanut butter for half your bread pieces.

Grab the plain bread slices and set them mayo side out. Press onto the banana sides with peanut butter facing down.

Set your sandwiches mayo-out on a hot frying pan or griddle. Let each side cook about two minutes till the outsides are golden and crunchy, and the inside gets melty. Flip halfway through.
