Green Bean Hamburger (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Toppings

01 - 85 g crispy fried onions
02 - 115 g grated cheddar cheese

→ Main Components

03 - Black pepper, as you like
04 - Salt, add to taste
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 120 ml whole milk
08 - 1 can (298 g) creamy mushroom soup
09 - 1 can (425 g) green beans, drained well
10 - 1 pound ground beef

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Hang on a bit before you dig in—give it a short rest so it can firm up for easy serving.
02 - Grab it from the oven, scatter those fried onions on top, then pop it back in for 5 to 10 minutes. You want the onions to get nice and golden and crunchy.
03 - Slide the pan into your hot oven. Let it bake for around 25 minutes. You're looking for hot, melty cheese up top with the whole thing warmed through.
04 - Coat your 23×33 cm baking dish with a bit of spray or butter. Dump the beef and bean mix in and smooth it out, then top it off with cheddar.
05 - Toss the browned beef, drained green beans, mushroom soup, milk, all your powders, some salt, and pepper into a big bowl. Stir until everything feels well blended.
06 - Break up your ground beef and cook on medium in a big pan until there's no pink left. Pour off any fat sitting in the pan.
07 - Start by cranking your oven up to 175°C (350°F). Give it time to fully preheat.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Pouring off the extra beef fat keeps your casserole from getting too oily.
02 - Let it cool for just a bit so everything settles for easier scooping and tastier bites.
