Grab it from the oven, scatter those fried onions on top, then pop it back in for 5 to 10 minutes. You want the onions to get nice and golden and crunchy.

Slide the pan into your hot oven. Let it bake for around 25 minutes. You're looking for hot, melty cheese up top with the whole thing warmed through.

Coat your 23×33 cm baking dish with a bit of spray or butter. Dump the beef and bean mix in and smooth it out, then top it off with cheddar.

Toss the browned beef, drained green beans, mushroom soup, milk, all your powders, some salt, and pepper into a big bowl. Stir until everything feels well blended.

Break up your ground beef and cook on medium in a big pan until there's no pink left. Pour off any fat sitting in the pan.
