Brownie Cheesecake Cups (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Brownie Base

01 - 2 cups brownies pulled apart into crumbles

→ Cheesecake Filling

02 - 1 cup heavy cream, cold
03 - 1½ cups cream cheese left out to soften
04 - ½ cup sugar in powdered form
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

→ Toppings & Garnish

06 - ¼ cup caramel drizzle
07 - ½ cup extra brownie bits
08 - ½ cup chocolate ganache

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Seal the cups up and pop them in the fridge for at least an hour so the layers can set nicely.
02 - Add a handful of brownie pieces on top of each cup and a generous squirt of caramel or chocolate to finish things off.
03 - Keep adding layers of brownies and cheesecake and drizzles until every cup is packed to the top.
04 - Pour chocolate ganache and caramel over the cheesecake in each cup to give it a sweet shine.
05 - Scoop or pipe some cheesecake mix right over the brownies in every container.
06 - Sprinkle about 2 to 3 tablespoons of brownie chunks into the bottoms of your jars or cups.
07 - Take your whipped cream and softly stir it into the creamy cheesecake mix until it looks even, but don’t overdo it.
08 - In another bowl, beat the heavy cream until you see peaks that hold their shape when you lift the mixer.
09 - In a big bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla so it’s all silky and smooth.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For extra chocolate, grab a dark chocolate ganache — it’ll make it richer.
02 - You can put these together the night before and just keep them chilled. They’ll stay good.
03 - Don’t have caramel? Toss in some nuts or use berries to switch things up.
