Pop them out of the tin and enjoy right away with some maple syrup on the side for dunking.

Evenly scoop your mixture into the muffin cups. Bake for around 12 to 15 minutes. Stick a toothpick in the middle and if it comes out clean, you’re good to go.

Stir pancake mix, maple syrup, and water together in a big bowl. Don’t stir too long, just until it all comes together.

Brown sausage in a large skillet on medium-high, crumbling until there’s no pink left. Take it out with a slotted spoon and let it chill on paper towels to drain off the grease.

Set oven to 400°F (204°C). Grease your mini muffin pan well with nonstick spray or butter. Put it aside for now.
