Rotel Sausage Balls (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Sausage Ball Mix

01 - 1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
02 - 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
03 - 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, well drained
04 - 8 ounces cream cheese, let it soften first
05 - 1 pound spicy breakfast sausage, straight from the package

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Let them chill a bit on the baking pan, then slide each onto your serving plate.
02 - Pop them in your oven and let them go for 20 to 25 minutes, until they're nicely golden and done in the middle.
03 - Scoop out chunky tablespoons of the mix, roll them into balls about an inch across, and space them out on your lined tray.
04 - Toss in the shredded cheddar and Bisquick. Stir everything around so it all comes together evenly.
05 - Grab a big bowl and dump in the sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained tomatoes with chilies. Use your hands or a sturdy spoon and mix it up till it's all one color.
06 - Get your oven up to 375°F, then lay out parchment paper or a silicone mat on your baking tray.

# Additional Tips:

01 - If you drain the Rotel tomatoes well, you won’t end up with soggy sausage balls.
