# Steps to Follow:

01 - Dish up the hot shrimp dirty rice onto your plates and dig right in.
02 - Dump the cooked shrimp back into the pan, give everything a good stir, and let it heat until nice and warmed through.
03 - Mix in your cooked rice, then keep simmering about 5 minutes. Make sure it's totally blended in.
04 - Slowly pour chicken broth while stirring. Let it bubble for 5-7 minutes until things get a little thick.
05 - Dust the flour all over your meat blend and mix so it all looks combined.
06 - Mix in those spices—oregano, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, some pepper, salt, and a pinch of cayenne. Cook till you smell 'em.
07 - Throw in the onions, peppers, and garlic next. Stir and let those veggies cook until they're soft and the meat's not pink anywhere.
08 - Pour in your last spoonful of the oil. Toss in the ground beef sausage and hamburger. Break up with your spoon and brown them a bit.
09 - Heat up 2 big spoonfuls of oil in a big skillet over pretty high heat. Pop in shrimp and cook on both sides, 2-3 minutes each, till they're curled up and not see-through. Pull them out and set aside.
10 - Sprinkle seafood seasoning over the shrimp, tossing until it's all covered.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Want this to taste even better? Use rice you just cooked, or spread it out so it cools before you toss it in the pan—keeps things from sticking together.
