Salisbury Meatballs Slow Cooker (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
02 - 2 tablespoons ketchup
03 - 1 packet onion soup mix
04 - 1 packet brown gravy mix
05 - 2 cups reduced-sodium beef broth
06 - 1 bag (26 oz) frozen meatballs (you’ll get about 30 to 35)

→ To Thicken Gravy

07 - 2 tablespoons cold water
08 - 2 tablespoons cornstarch

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Dish out the Salisbury steak meatballs over some hot mashed potatoes or egg noodles. Throw on a bit of parsley if you like.
02 - Stir together water and cornstarch in a little bowl till smooth. Dump that into the slow cooker, put the lid on, and let it go for 10 minutes, so the sauce gets thick.
03 - Put the lid on and set your slow cooker to low. Let it go for 5-6 hours, so the meatballs soak up all that flavor and heat through.
04 - Grab a bowl and whisk together Worcestershire, ketchup, soup mix, beef broth, and gravy mix till smooth. Pour it all over the meatballs. Give it a gentle stir to make sure everything's covered.
05 - Dump the frozen meatballs into your slow cooker. Try to spread them out a bit so they cook evenly.
06 - Spray your slow cooker insert with cooking spray to keep anything from sticking later.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Swap in homemade beef broth for a deeper flavor. Cut back on salt if using full sodium broths or soup packs.
02 - Make sure you mix the cornstarch and water well or you might get chunky gravy.
