Rub salt and pepper on the chicken strips. Cook ‘em by frying, baking, or grilling until golden and done. It should take about 5 to 7 minutes each side. Put aside when ready.

Mix mayo, Dijon, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl till creamy and smooth.

Toast your rolls or buns in a pan or oven for a couple minutes until the edges are nice and crunchy.

Spread that honey mustard sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Put a cooked chicken strip on top then drizzle with the South Carolina BBQ sauce.

Add shredded lettuce or coleslaw, the red onion slices, and chopped pickles on top of the chicken. If you like it spicy, add some hot sauce. Cap it with the top bun and dig in while it’s warm.
