Strawberry Mousse (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste if you want
02 - 5 medium strawberries
03 - 1 cup powdered sugar or a sugar-free swap
04 - 4 oz yogurt, or just use extra coconut cream or cream cheese
05 - 8 oz cream cheese or coconut cream

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Scoop your mixture into bowls and pop them in the fridge. Let them cool off and you'll notice they get a lot thicker.
02 - Keep mixing all your stuff together until it's super smooth and all one color.
03 - Toss the pureed strawberries in with your cream cheese or coconut cream, your yogurt (or extra coconut cream/cream cheese), your preferred sweetener, and vanilla bean paste if you're adding it. Do this in your blender, food processor, or even a bowl if that's all you've got.
04 - Cut the tops off your strawberries first. Blend them up or just mash with a fork until they're totally mushed.
05 - Let your cream cheese soften at room temp so you can mix it easily. Going with coconut cream? Use only the thick part for the best results.
