Toss those frozen treats into a container or bag so you’ve got them handy for later.

If your dough feels too sticky to work with, stash it in the fridge for about 20 minutes. Makes shaping easier.

Roll or press mixture into thick sticks. You can use a mold too if you want perfect shapes.

Sprinkle in the rolled oats along with ground flaxseed if you're using it. Do a couple of pulses so it all just comes together but stays chunky.

Spoon in the plain Greek yogurt along with honey if you’re using it. Blend again so it all gets creamy and smooth.

Spread out your shaped sticks on a tray lined with parchment, then freeze for at least three hours. They’ll get nice and solid.

Pop the chopped strawberries in your blender or processor and blitz until it’s nice and pureed. If it’s too thick, splash in some water or coconut water.
