Take the hot peppers out of the air fryer and set them on a plate. They're best eaten now, while they're still warm.

Put the stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket so they're in one layer. Bake at 360°F (182°C) for 8 minutes. Keep going with any extras in another batch.

Use a spoon to pack the cheesy mix into every pepper half. Don't worry if it gets a little messy.

Pour the avocado oil over the cut peppers and toss them around with your hands so they all get a little bit shiny.

Chop the tops off the peppers, slice them lengthwise, and dig out all the seeds so they're ready for stuffing.

Toss cream cheese, green onions, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and sriracha (if you like spice) in a big bowl. Stir or beat until it's all smooth.
