Air Fryer Cheese Peppers (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Filling

01 - 1 teaspoon sriracha if you want it spicy
02 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
03 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 2 stalks green onion finely chopped up
05 - 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
06 - 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese softened

→ Peppers

07 - 2 teaspoons avocado oil
08 - 1 bag mini sweet peppers (about 14), cut in half and seeded

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Take the hot peppers out of the air fryer and set them on a plate. They're best eaten now, while they're still warm.
02 - Put the stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket so they're in one layer. Bake at 360°F (182°C) for 8 minutes. Keep going with any extras in another batch.
03 - Use a spoon to pack the cheesy mix into every pepper half. Don't worry if it gets a little messy.
04 - Pour the avocado oil over the cut peppers and toss them around with your hands so they all get a little bit shiny.
05 - Chop the tops off the peppers, slice them lengthwise, and dig out all the seeds so they're ready for stuffing.
06 - Toss cream cheese, green onions, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and sriracha (if you like spice) in a big bowl. Stir or beat until it's all smooth.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Letting cream cheese sit out gets it soft, so it'll mix smoothly and make your filling less lumpy.
