04 - 1–2 tablespoons of olive oil or a spritz of nonstick spray
05 - Optional: 2 tablespoons Parmesan, grated extra fine

→ Coating Options (pick one)

06 - Herby: dried rosemary or thyme
07 - Spicy: salt, paprika, chili powder
08 - Garlic Parmesan: breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and Parmesan

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Grab the fries when they're done and dunk them in your favorite dip while they're still hot.
02 - Pop zucchini in your air fryer basket as a single layer. Cook 10 to 12 minutes at 375°F, giving the basket a shake about halfway. They're ready when golden and crisp.
03 - Coat the fries with oil (or give a spray), toss in your spices and pepper, then toss in any optional blends you like.
04 - Sprinkle plenty of salt over your cut zucchini and let it sit for 10–15 minutes. Dab everything dry with paper towels when time's up to soak up extra liquid.
05 - Scrub then dry the zucchinis, and chop into long sticks for fries or slice them into circles for chips.
06 - Crank up your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it run 3–5 minutes to warm up.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Wipe all the salted zucchini slices fully dry—this makes them crisp up better.
02 - Don’t crowd your air fryer basket. Get things nice and brown by cooking in a few rounds if you need to.
03 - Warm up leftovers in the air fryer at 300°F (150°C) for 2–3 minutes to make them crisp again.
