Coconut Almond Treats (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 cup traditional rolled oats
02 - 1/2 cup coconut flakes
03 - 2 tablespoons pure cocoa powder
04 - 2 teaspoons ground flaxseed
05 - 1 tablespoon whole chia seeds
06 - 1/4 teaspoon fine kosher salt
07 - 1/2 cup smooth almond butter
08 - 1/4 cup natural honey
09 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
10 - 2 tablespoons diced almonds
11 - 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Put the oats, coconut flakes, cocoa powder, flaxseed, chia seeds, salt, almond butter, honey, and vanilla in your stand mixer bowl. Turn on low with the beater attachment until everything's nicely mixed together. Don't forget to scrape down the sides if stuff gets stuck.
02 - Gently fold in your diced almonds and chocolate chips.
03 - Take small handfuls and roll into little balls, roughly 1-2 tablespoons each. Store them in a sealed container in your fridge. They'll stay good for up to 2 weeks.
