Take some mashed avocado and spread a layer onto your plates. Add the tuna mix right on top, and finish with a good scoop of pico de gallo. Do the same thing for the other plate.

Start by peeling and removing the pit from your avocado. Dice it up and toss the chunks into a clean bowl. Pour in whatever lime juice you have left and mash lightly, so it’s a little chunky. Throw in a dash of salt, too.

Grab a bowl and toss in the tuna (be sure it's drained), mayo, chopped cilantro, juice from half your lime, and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Stir the whole thing up so everything gets mixed well. Taste and add more salt if it needs it.
