Avocado Tuna Stack (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 avocado
02 - 5 ounces albacore tuna, drained well
03 - 2 tablespoons lime juice, split for use
04 - 1/2 cup pico de gallo
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro
06 - 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
07 - 1/8 teaspoon salt, plus extra if you need it

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Take some mashed avocado and spread a layer onto your plates. Add the tuna mix right on top, and finish with a good scoop of pico de gallo. Do the same thing for the other plate.
02 - Start by peeling and removing the pit from your avocado. Dice it up and toss the chunks into a clean bowl. Pour in whatever lime juice you have left and mash lightly, so it’s a little chunky. Throw in a dash of salt, too.
03 - Grab a bowl and toss in the tuna (be sure it's drained), mayo, chopped cilantro, juice from half your lime, and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Stir the whole thing up so everything gets mixed well. Taste and add more salt if it needs it.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Pick soft avocados and don't settle for cheap canned tuna for best results. Want to jazz it up? Sprinkle some cilantro leaves or crack a little black pepper on top.
