Chicken Bacon Ranch Main (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 450 g boneless skinless chicken breast, diced up
02 - 1 Ranch seasoning packet (about 28 g)
03 - 4 strips cooked beef bacon
04 - 100 g cheddar cheese, shredded
05 - 4 cups (roughly 300 g) broccoli pieces
06 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil

→ Other

07 - 4 sheets aluminum foil, each about 38 cm

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Crank your oven to 180°C and let it come up to temp.
02 - Toss chicken pieces with some olive oil and half the Ranch mix till coated in a big bowl.
03 - Lay your four foil sheets out on your counter.
04 - Drop a cup of broccoli right in the center of each foil. Sprinkle on leftover Ranch if you're into big flavor.
05 - Scoop the Ranchy chicken bits right over the broccoli on every foil.
06 - Add about 25 g cheese over each, then crumble a bacon strip over that pile.
07 - Fold the foil up and around your food. Squish the edges so you don’t lose any cheesy bits.
08 - Put your foil packets on a baking tray, seam sides up. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. The chicken will be done and the cheese nice and melty.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Letting chicken hang out in the seasoning for twenty minutes before putting it all together? Flavor magic, if you’ve got the time.
