Bacon Egg Hash Browns (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 8 big eggs
02 - 1/3 cup regular milk
03 - 2 cups defrosted frozen hash browns
04 - 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
05 - 6 strips bacon, fried and broken up
06 - 1/4 cup diced green onions
07 - 1 tsp powdered garlic
08 - 1/2 tsp table salt

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Get your oven hot at 375°F. Coat a 12-cup muffin pan with butter or pop in paper cups.
02 - Grab a big bowl and beat eggs with milk until well combined.
03 - Toss in your thawed hash browns, about 3/4 cup cheese, the crumbled bacon, green onions, powdered garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir it all up good.
04 - Spoon the mixture evenly into each muffin spot.
05 - Scatter the leftover cheese across the top of each one.
06 - Pop in the oven for 20-25 minutes till they're fully cooked and golden on top.
