Get your oven hot at 375°F. Coat a 12-cup muffin pan with butter or pop in paper cups.

Grab a big bowl and beat eggs with milk until well combined.

Toss in your thawed hash browns, about 3/4 cup cheese, the crumbled bacon, green onions, powdered garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir it all up good.

Spoon the mixture evenly into each muffin spot.

Scatter the leftover cheese across the top of each one.

Pop in the oven for 20-25 minutes till they're fully cooked and golden on top.

Let them sit in the pan for 5 minutes before taking out. Eat warm or put in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
