Garlic Parm Potato Wedges (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 big Russet potatoes, cut into thick wedges
02 - 4 tablespoons virgin olive oil
03 - 2 teaspoons salt
04 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
05 - 2 teaspoons Italian herbs
06 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (or cilantro if you want)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Turn your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grab a big baking sheet and grease it lightly then put it aside.
02 - Dump potato wedges in a big bowl. Pour olive oil over them and mix until they're all coated.
03 - Grab a small bowl and mix the salt, garlic powder and Italian herbs together. Toss potatoes with Parmesan cheese until covered. Then sprinkle your spice mix all over them.
04 - Lay out your seasoned wedges on your greased baking sheet. Make sure they're in one layer with the skin facing down.
05 - Stick the potatoes in your hot oven for about 25-35 minutes. They're done when you can easily poke them with a fork and they look golden.
06 - Scatter fresh parsley on top and serve with whatever dipping sauce you like.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Want extra crispy potatoes? Try cooking them on a wire rack placed on your baking sheet.
