Spicy Chicken Sticks (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken Skewers

01 - 1 lb chicken breasts without bones or skin, diced into 1-inch chunks
02 - 2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon powdered garlic
04 - 1 teaspoon powdered onion
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika with smoky flavor
06 - Salt and black pepper as needed
07 - Skewers made of wood or metal (soak wooden ones in water for about 10-15 minutes)

→ Bang Bang Sauce

08 - ½ cup mayo
09 - 2 tablespoons sauce from sweet chilies
10 - 1 tablespoon hot sriracha (more or less based on how spicy you want it)
11 - 1 tablespoon pure honey
12 - 1 teaspoon vinegar made from rice
13 - Small amount of salt

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Dice up your chicken into equal 1-inch chunks so they'll cook the same. Mix these pieces with olive oil and your spices including garlic powder, onion powder, smoky paprika plus some salt and pepper. Let it sit and soak up flavors for at least half an hour.
02 - Mix mayo with sweet chili sauce, some sriracha, honey, rice vinegar and a tiny bit of salt in a bowl. Add more or less hot sauce depending on what you like. Put it aside for later.
03 - Stick your seasoned chicken onto your skewers. Don't jam them too close together but keep them pretty tight. Make sure they're spaced out evenly for good cooking.
04 - Get your grill nice and hot to medium-high. Cook those chicken skewers about 3-4 minutes per side, turning them now and then until they hit 165°F (74°C) inside.
05 - Pour some bang bang sauce over your hot skewers or just serve it on the side for dipping. You can sprinkle some sesame seeds, green onions or cilantro on top if you want.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Always put wooden skewers in water before you grill or they might catch fire.
02 - You can make the sauce milder or spicier by changing how much sriracha you add.
