Let things cool for a sec, then slice it up. Enjoy it while it’s still warm.

Pop the loaded pizza in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes, just until everything gets bubbly and the crust’s crisp and golden.
03 -
Scatter the scrambled eggs over your pizza, then cover the whole thing with a good amount of shredded cheddar.
04 -
Hit a big skillet with a spritz of cooking spray and crank it to medium-high. Whisk the six eggs with milk, toss ’em in, and gently scramble until they’re just set. Take off the heat.
05 -
Spoon on half the sausage gravy you made, spreading it evenly across your crust.
06 -
Set your oven to 400°F (200°C), grab a baking sheet, and put the pizza crust on it. If you want, brush on some oil.
07 -
Once the sausage’s cooked, sprinkle flour on top and stir until everything’s coated. Slowly pour in milk while you keep stirring so you don’t end up with lumps. Let it all cook, stirring here and there, until the gravy thickens up—about 10 minutes. Toss in black pepper as you like, then put it aside.
08 -
Put a big skillet over medium. Toss in the sausage and break it up as it cooks. It’ll take about 5-7 minutes to get nicely browned. Pour out any extra grease after.
