# Steps to Follow:

01 - Turn your freeze-dried blueberries into powder using your blender or food processor.
02 - Throw oats, protein powder, blueberry powder, and seeds together in a bowl.
03 - Mix up your applesauce (or banana), cream cheese, and your sweet syrup in another bowl.
04 - Pour wet stuff into dry stuff and stir until everything's mixed up.
05 - Carefully mix in your thawed blueberries without squishing them too much.
06 - If it's too crumbly, add a splash of milk until it sticks together.
07 - Scoop and roll the mix into small balls, putting them on parchment paper.
08 - Mix cream cheese, milk, vanilla, and sugar until it's nice and runny.
09 - Stick the balls in the fridge for at least half an hour to get firm.
10 - Pour your glaze over the chilled balls and stick fresh blueberries on top.
11 - Pop them back in the fridge for 10 minutes if you want the glaze to harden.
12 - Keep them cold and grab them whenever you want a tasty treat!

# Additional Tips:

01 - Vanilla protein powder makes these taste more like real cheesecake.
02 - The dried blueberries pack more punch and won't make your mix soggy.
03 - Make sure you drain those frozen berries well or you'll get mushy balls.
04 - Play with the sweetness by adding more or less sweet stuff.
05 - They'll last about 5 days in your fridge or 2 months if frozen.
