Blueberry Tea Cooler (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 6-8 cups water
02 - 3-4 family sized cold brew tea pouches, like Luzianne

→ Blueberry Syrup

03 - 2 cups fresh blueberries, rinsed
04 - 2 cups water
05 - 1 cup white or cane sugar
06 - Juice from half a lemon

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Toss rinsed blueberries, 2 cups water, sugar, and lemon juice into a small pot. Crank up the heat until it starts to boil.
02 - When you see a good bubbling boil, turn heat down to medium-low and let it cook gently for 15 minutes.
03 - Take the pot off the heat. Pour the mix through a strainer into a measuring cup, then stick it in the fridge while you work on the tea. Toss out the leftover blueberry mush.
04 - Get a glass pitcher and fill it with 6 to 8 cups of cold water. Drop in the cold brew tea pouches and let them sit for 5 minutes.
05 - Pour your cooled blueberry syrup into the tea. Give it a good stir until everything's mixed up nicely.
06 - Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour your Blueberry Iced Tea over them, and drink up right away.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Keep your tea in the fridge in a glass container for no more than 3 days, or until it starts tasting bitter.
