No-Bake Blueberry Bites (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 2 cups regular rolled oats
02 - 3/4 cup whole natural flax seeds
03 - 1 cup dried blueberries or 2 pints fresh blueberries
04 - 1/2 cup plain coconut flakes
05 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
06 - 1/2 cup dark choco chips
07 - 1 scoop protein mix (optional)

→ Wet Ingredients

08 - 1/3 cup natural honey
09 - 3 tablespoons Pichuberry Mash
10 - 1 cup nut butter or cookie spread
11 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Got fresh blueberries? You'll need to dry them first. Give them a wash and pat them down with paper towels. Heat your oven to 225°F (110°C). Put some parchment on baking sheets and lay out the berries so they don't touch each other. Let them bake for about 4 hours.
02 - Grab a big bowl and throw in your rolled oats, flax seeds, those blueberries (fresh or dried), coconut flakes, dark choco chips, cinnamon powder, and protein mix if you want it. Give everything a good mix with a whisk.
03 - Now dump in your honey, Pichuberry Mash, nut butter, and vanilla into the dry mix. Stir it all up with a spatula or just use your hands till everything's mixed well.
04 - Put wax paper or parchment on a baking sheet. Use a cookie scoop (about 1 1/2 tablespoon size) to grab some mix, pushing hard against the bowl to pack it tight. Roll them into balls and place them on your lined sheet.
05 - Leave your snack balls on the sheet for an hour to set, or if you're in a hurry, stick them in the freezer for 30 minutes to get firm.
06 - Pack your snack balls in an airtight container. They'll stay good for weeks, or toss them in the freezer if you want them to last even longer.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Rinse and dry your hands between rolling the balls so they won't stick too much.
