Creamy Limeade Brazil (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Lots of ice cubes for chilling
02 - Five whole limes, sliced into wedges, skins left on
03 - A bit over 1 litre of cool, filtered water
04 - 60 ml (or more if you like it sweeter) sweetened condensed milk
05 - 100 g standard white sugar

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Rinse your blender, then pour the strained lime juice back in. Drop in the sweetened condensed milk. Whizz it all together until it's light and foamy.
02 - Take the green-speckled liquid and pass it through a fine strainer into a big bowl. Catch all the pulpy bits and seeds so your drink's smooth.
03 - Toss the lime wedges, cold water, and sugar into the blender. Let it run until everything's broken down and looks mostly blended.
04 - Drop some ice into your favorite glasses, then pour in your lemonade. If you want, throw on a few lime slices to fancy it up.

# Additional Tips:

01 - You'll get a fresher taste if you use good filtered or bottled water.
02 - Make sure to blend the whole lime, skin and all, for that real punchy tang. Just strain everything well so it doesn't go bitter.
