Cut off the woody bottom part of each sprout, slice them in half, and put them aside.

Turn your oven on to 400°F (200°C).

Choose a non-stick ceramic cast iron container or a flat baking tray with parchment paper on top for easier washing up afterward.

Warm up the butter until liquid and stir in the olive oil. Take half of this mixture and spread it on the bottom of your cooking dish with a brush or spoon.

Scatter the feta chunks evenly across the oiled surface. Press the Brussels sprout halves firmly into the cheese layer. You can place them in no particular order or in straight lines.

Coat the tops of the sprouts with the rest of your butter-oil mix, then shake the seasoning salt over everything.

Stick the dish in the hot oven for 25 minutes. When done, let it sit untouched for 5-10 minutes.

Right after taking it out of the oven, pour the balsamic glaze across the top of the hot sprouts before serving.
