Luxe Lobster Pasta (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 lobster tails
02 - 8 ounces linguine or fettuccine pasta
03 - 1/2 cup butter (unsalted)
04 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
05 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
06 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
07 - 1 tablespoon juice from lemon
08 - 1 teaspoon grated lemon skin
09 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
10 - Salt, add as needed

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Get a big pot of salty water boiling. Drop in those lobster tails and let them cook for about 8-10 minutes till they turn bright red and are fully done.
02 - Grab another pot and cook your pasta till it's just right - not too soft. Drain the water and put the pasta aside for now.
03 - After your lobster is cooked, pull the meat from the shells and cut it into small chunks. Set them aside for later.
04 - Take a big pan and melt your butter on medium. Toss in your chopped garlic and cook it for a minute or two until it smells amazing.
05 - Now add your heavy cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, and lemon skin bits. Stir it all up until the cheese melts and everything's nice and smooth.
06 - Put your cooked pasta and lobster pieces into the pan. Gently mix it all up so everything gets covered in that yummy sauce.
07 - Sprinkle in salt, pepper, and those red pepper flakes if you want some kick. Mix it all up and let everything warm through for another 2-3 minutes.
