02 - 1/2 teaspoon packed light brown sugar
03 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
04 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
05 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
08 - 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
09 - 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

→ Steak Bites

10 - Minced fresh parsley, for garnish
11 - 5 cloves garlic, finely minced or grated
12 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
13 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, separated
14 - 1 1/2 pounds strip steak, sirloin, or ribeye

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Grab your steak and chop it into chunky 2-inch pieces. Toss it all in a mixing bowl.
02 - Grab a little bowl and stir together smoked paprika, salt, garlic and onion powder, black pepper, oregano, cayenne, brown sugar, and thyme. Sprinkle this mix over the steak chunks and turn them around till every side’s covered.
03 - Let your heavy pan heat up on medium-high until you spot a little smoke drifting up.
04 - Pour in 1 tablespoon oil and move it around the pan. Add half your seasoned steak to keep things spaced out. Let it sit for 2 minutes without moving. Flip and cook 2 more minutes, so you get a nice crust. Pop them onto a plate while you do the same thing with the rest and the last bit of oil.
05 - Turn down the heat a little. Throw in the butter so it gets melty, then mix in the minced garlic. Stir that for about 30 seconds, making sure to scrape any tasty brown bits from the bottom.
06 - Turn off the burner, slide the steak pieces back in, and toss ‘em so they pick up all that garlic buttery goodness. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top, then dig in right away.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Want smaller steak bites? Just chop down to 1-inch and shave off a bit of the cook time.
02 - Crank the Cajun blend up or down with more or less heat—it’s your call.
