Get your oven hot at 350°F (175°C) and put a light coat of grease on a 9×13-inch pan for baking.

Grab a big bowl and stir together your cake mixture, melted butter, and eggs until you've got thick, doughy stuff.

Take half your dough and push it flat across the bottom of your greased pan.

Scatter chips of chocolate and toffee bits over what you've spread. Pour the sweet milk all over it.

Use spoonfuls of your leftover dough and drop them on top, spreading just a bit so some filling still shows through.

Let it cook for 25-30 minutes until the edges turn golden and look done.
