Clean your plums, take out the seeds, and cut them into tiny chunks.

Mix water and sugar in a pot. Warm it up on medium heat, stirring now and then until all sugar melts away.

Take pot off the heat once sugar's gone. Add your cardamom powder and tiny bit of salt. Let it cool down a bit.

Dump your cut plums, lemon juice, and the warm sugar mix into a blender. Whizz it all up till it's smooth.

You can push the mix through a small strainer if you want it extra smooth without bits.

Pour everything into a bowl and stick it in the fridge for 1-2 hours until it's nice and cold.

Pour your cold mix into an ice cream machine. Just follow what the machine says until it looks like soft ice cream.

Scoop it all into a container with a lid and freeze it for at least 4 hours to make it harder.

Scoop some into dishes and enjoy.
