Get your oven hot at 190°C (375°F).

Melt your garlic butter in a pan on medium heat, then toss in onions and peppers until they're soft.

Throw the beef slices into the pan, add salt and pepper, and cook until they turn brown.

Cut the bread down the middle and dig out some of the inside to make room for the stuffing.

Stuff the bread with your cooked beef and veggie mix. Pile on lots of grated provolone on top.

Pop the stuffed bread into the hot oven for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and bubbles.

Take it out and let it sit for a bit before cutting. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and eat while warm.
