Beefy Bread Sensation (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 big chunk of Italian bread
02 - 450g paper-thin beef slices
03 - 1 cup chopped bell peppers of different colors
04 - 1 cup diced onions
05 - 2 cups grated provolone cheese
06 - 3 tablespoons butter with garlic
07 - A pinch of salt
08 - A dash of pepper
09 - Chopped parsley for topping

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Get your oven hot at 190°C (375°F).
02 - Melt your garlic butter in a pan on medium heat, then toss in onions and peppers until they're soft.
03 - Throw the beef slices into the pan, add salt and pepper, and cook until they turn brown.
04 - Cut the bread down the middle and dig out some of the inside to make room for the stuffing.
05 - Stuff the bread with your cooked beef and veggie mix. Pile on lots of grated provolone on top.
06 - Pop the stuffed bread into the hot oven for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and bubbles.
07 - Take it out and let it sit for a bit before cutting. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and eat while warm.
