Creamy Potato Cheese Bake (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 tins (10 3/4 oz each) potato cream soup, straight from can
02 - 16 ounces tangy sour cream
03 - 1 teaspoon table salt
04 - 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
05 - 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic
06 - 1/2 teaspoon dried onion powder
07 - 3 cups grated cheddar cheese, split up
08 - 1 pound crispy cooked bacon, diced, split up
09 - 30 ounces grated hash brown potatoes

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat your oven to 400°F and spray a 9x13 baking pan completely with cooking spray.
02 - Grab a huge bowl. Throw in the soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix everything until it's smooth and well combined.
03 - Add 2 cups of grated cheddar and half the diced bacon. Then fold in your hash browns.
04 - Dump everything into your greased baking pan and smooth it all out.
05 - Wrap the pan with foil and pop it in the oven for 40 minutes.
06 - Take it out of the oven. Scatter the leftover cup of cheese and the rest of your bacon on top.
07 - Put it back in the oven without the foil for another 10 minutes.
08 - Pull it out, let it cool a bit, then dig in.

# Additional Tips:

01 - You can swap in chicken soup or mushroom soup for a different taste.
02 - Want some heat? Toss in some pepper jack or chili flakes.
03 - For extra crunch on top, mix smashed Ritz crackers with melted butter before the final bake.
04 - You can make it lighter with turkey bacon and low-fat sour cream, but let's be honest - this isn't diet food and works best for special times.
